Nestled in the serene Sonoran Desert of Arizona, Soberman’s Estate offers a full creative exploration of holistic modalities on-site, providing a unique and tranquil environment for deep healing. Through personalized therapies, our clients engage in experiences that promote self-awareness, inner peace, and long-term improved physical health and well-being.   ## **Wellness Modalities at Soberman’s Estate** Our holistic programming integrates evidence-based techniques with ancient healing practices, ensuring a well-rounded and transformative experience. Clients are invited to explore and discover which modalities resonate most with their journey to recovery. Some of our holistic offerings include: - **Equine-Assisted Therapy** – One of the most distinctive aspects of Soberman’s Estate is our [equine therapy program.](https://www.sobermansestate.com/blog/equine-therapy-with-an-expert) With horses on property, each client receives at least **two equine-assisted therapy sessions per week**, providing powerful insights into self-regulation, emotional processing, and personal growth. - **Mindfulness and Meditation** – Clients learn and practice mindfulness techniques to create a sense of  presence, manage stress, and enhance emotional resilience. - **Integral Breath Therapy** – Guided breathwork sessions support deep emotional release, relaxation, and self-discovery. - **Yoga and Movement Therapy** – Our [yoga program ](https://www.sobermansestate.com/blog/yoga-and-recovery)integrates gentle movement with breath control, helping clients reconnect with their bodies and promote emotional healing. - **Labyrinth Walks** – Clients can walk the labyrinth on property, engaging in a meditative journey that promotes reflection, intention setting, and inner peace. - **Sound Healing** – Therapeutic sound sessions utilize vibrational frequencies to facilitate relaxation and emotional release. - **Nutritional Wellness** – Our chefs provide balanced, nourishing meals to support physical and mental well-being - **Medication Management - **Upon Admission our Clients undergo a complete nursing assessment and evaluation by our Psychiatric Medical Professional. Any current medications are discussed, as well as the prevention of misuse of medications, especially those with a potential for dependancy. They also closely monitor the following:**** **** - **Support recovery **by managing withdrawal symptoms and co-occurring mental health conditions. - **Ensure safety** by avoiding dangerous interactions between substances. - **Improve treatment outcomes** by ensuring medications are used correctly and effectively, and that the right medications are added or deleted, for the highest benefit of the Clients overall wellbeing. It is our goal to comprehensively review presenting symptoms through a physical, mental health, cultural and spiritual lens to gain insight into etiology and develop the most effective care plan.  - **Outdoor Therapy and Nature Immersion** – Clients are encouraged to connect with nature through **therapeutic nature hikes** guided by a member of our staff, as well as time spent in our peaceful five-acre desert sanctuary. - **Acupuncture and Massage Therapy** – These body-centered therapies provide relief from stress, pain, and emotional tension. - **Reiki** – Clients can experience energy-based healing practices that restore balance and promote relaxation. ## **What Makes Our Wellness Experience Unique?** Soberman’s Estate is committed to **individualized and unique treatment**, meaning each client’s experience is tailored to their unique needs and interests. With a maximum of only 10 clients at a time, we are able to provide personalized attention and customized care. Our **on-site equine program** sets us apart, offering clients the opportunity to work with horses as part of their healing process.
