The Treatment

Getting Started

Drug and alcohol treatment for each client begins with a comprehensive assessment and the development of a confidential individualized treatment plan. With a 10-bed maximum at Soberman's mens luxury rehab, we take the time to fully learn about each client and provide them with a care plan that fits their unique needs and preferences.

The road to recovery is not a straight line, and we provide a variety of modalities and rehab treatment services to help each client find what works for them on their journey. To see what a day may look like at the mens luxury rehab center, please view a sample schedule.

Alcoholism, Substance Use and Co-occurring Disorders

Oftentimes when clients are admitted with a Substance Use Disorder, they are also checking in with co-occurring issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and/or other addictions. At Soberman’s Estate we believe in utilizing a fully integrative healing approach, complete with all medical, clinical, holistic, and spiritual modalities onsite.

At the beginning of treatment, each client receives a comprehensive evaluation. Our clinical and medical leadership then design customized treatment plan with the most appropriate evidence-based treatments for the client’s individual needs. One benefit all clients have in common is 3-5 hours per week of one-on-one therapy, and group therapy nearly every day.

With our large staff to client ratio, clients are able to have all of their needs met and most requests accommodated. Modalities may include:

  • Individual and Group Therapy
  • Family workshops
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Trauma Resolution Therapy
  • Solutions Focused Therapy
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Psychodynamic Interpersonal Therapy (PIT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

In addition to clinically relevant individual and group counseling, drug and alcohol treatment may include:

  • Morning Motivational or Spiritual Readings
  • Physical Fitness Training
  • Healthy Meals Prepared by the Soberman’s Estate Executive Chef
  • Group and/or Individual Meditation

Integrative therapies may include:

  • Equine-Assisted Experience
  • Acupuncture
  • Art therapy
  • Mindfulness practice
  • Music therapy
  • Gardening Therapy
  • Labyrinth Walks
  • Massage Therapy

Continuing care and alumni services are provided for clients and family members from the beginning of treatment and for their lifetime.
