What’s the difference between Alcoholics and Alcoholism – In a word “Recovery”
Recovery separates Alcoholics from Alcoholism.
Mitch Prager- Founder and CEO of Soberman's Estate
At Soberman’s Estate we see the unpleasant effects of alcoholism when a man arrives for treatment, although, on this first day, we look into his eyes and through the lens of recovery we see the beautiful sole of this man.
The joy of working at Soberman’s Estate is that we have the privilege of helping uncover this beautiful sole. We love helping our clients find and enjoy their path of recovery and we get to witness the beautiful transition from suffering to the joys of living in recovery.
Recovery is so important that the United States Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) established National Recovery Month in 1989.
Each year, National Recovery Month adopts a theme to focus its message. The 2025 theme is "Recovery is REAL (Restoring Every Aspect of Life)", which emphasizes that recovery is attainable with the right support and resources such as the resources that are available at Soberman’s Estate.
Here are some ways we can observe this National Recovery Month:
Soberman's Estate is a residential men's addiction treatment center that provides discreet, individualized, sophisticated recovery and wellness services for adult men that want to recover from substance use disorders, and or other behavioral issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, or other addictions.
