Soberman’s Estate provides private or semi-private rooms and suites with lush, queen-size beds because we know how important sleep is to good health. Each client room and suite was custom furnished for comfort and includes a table and chairs for journaling and personal recovery study.
During your stay at the luxury rehab center at Soberman’s Estate's, Executive Chef consults with Arizona Chefs, Nutritionists and Dieticians to create an enjoyable, healthy, accommodating, menu that is regularly updated. Most morning and afternoon meals are enjoyed outdoors or in the beautiful kitchen area. Most evening meals are enjoyed in the stately dining room. Between meals healthy snacks are available. Clients who show an interest in learning culinary skills will be invited to work with our Executive Chef.
Yoga and Exercise
Soberman’s Estate endorses a holistic-minded recovery model for physical, emotional and spiritual health. Therefore, yoga and exercise equipment is available to clients.
Soberman’s Estate clients enjoy guided meditations and mindfulness education. The Estate has many locations both indoor and outdoor that provide ideal settings for individual and group contemplation and meditation.
Activities On and Off Site
The on-site putting green and labyrinth provide integrated therapeutic benefits and with the Clinical Director’s consent, clients may enjoy supervised off-site activities including nature walks, bicycling, hiking, golfing, and field trips to sporting events, and museums.
