How much does it cost?

Does all the money need to be paid up front?

Is it okay to pay with different cards?

Do you accept insurance? 

We accept PPO and Out of Network insurance. We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, nor Access. Please contact our Admissions Director, Justin Fisse, to verify your insurance information at 480-595-2222 or justin@sobermansestate.com, or fill in this form.

Will my employer find out? 

Confidentiality is of our highest concern. Information regarding Substance Use Disorder treatment is protected by HIPAA and by C.F.R. 42. Your treatment is your business unless you are inclined to share it with your employer, family, or friends. 

What about missing work? 

Clients are given designated blocks of time to work on their profession, and they may use their free time for this as well. Most clients’ employers are understanding and supportive of this time.
