She started off her early married years as a stay-at-home mom with her 3 children. Her love for nursing started when her grandmother became ill and needed hospice care. She appreciated and admired the tender loving care the team of nurses provided for her grandmother and family and she realized this was her calling. She started out with a couple of night classes while her children were small and then was able to take on more classes once her children started school. She worked hard in school to achieve her dream all while raising her family with the help of her loving husband. After graduating from nursing school, she started her career in hospice care and was able to provide the same compassionate care as was given to her grandmother and family. She felt it was a great privilege to care for those at the end of their life. After a few years, she decided to go into psychiatric and substance abuse care and has been in this field of nursing for most of her career. She enjoys the opportunity to provide care, support and comfort to those in need and her goal is to always make a positive impact on individuals and the community. Nora loves spending time with her family, especially at Disney. She enjoys being a grandmother and her days off are dedicated to her grandbabies. Nora loves working at Soberman's Estate because, "You can just feel the love here. It's a perfect environment for healing your body, mind, and spirit.
