This morning, as I sat in Maryland, visiting my son, I found myself drawn into the quiet rhythms of nature. The leaves, now turning shades of red, yellow, and brown, fell gently to the ground. It was peaceful, almost meditative, to simply be present, to hear the birds sing, and watch the trees shed their leaves. In this moment, I couldn’t help but think about the wisdom nature holds, especially in how trees instinctively know what they need to do to survive, thrive, and grow.
